Before you Submit

I need to make a submission. What do I do?

  1. Receive department approval (dept. curriculum committee or chair) prior to submitting your request to the committee.
  2. Ensure your request meets the College’s and UF’s  requirements.
  3. Once you are ready, submit your request by completing the appropriate College Submission form (new course, modify/terminate course, other). A syllabus MUST be included with all course related submissions. Please note: not every required form is available on this site. Contact April O’Neal if your required form is not listed.
  4. Upon successful submission, you will be routed to our “Next Steps” page. Should you have any questions about completing the forms or would like confirm receipt of your submission, please contact us for assistance.
